約500年間、変わることなく継承！大花輪と大旗がゆっくり回る華麗な踊り

中国地方の浪人である法養が教えたとされる、長崎県大村市黒丸町に伝わる郷土芸能「黒丸踊」。法養の命日である11月28日に、その墓のある法養堂で毎年奉納されています。大村家第16代純伊が領地を奪還した際に踊ったとされるこの踊りは、以来約500年間にわたり、いささかの手も加えず連綿と引き継がれてきました。4つの大花輪と2つの大旗が、太鼓を打ち鳴らしながらゆっくり回る、勇壮で華麗な踊りに魅了されます。

直径約5m、重さ約60kgにもなる巨大な花輪が印象的。この大花輪の下に入ると、幸福が訪れると言われています。

Graceful dance performances with huge flower wreaths and banners twirling around."" The Kuromaru Dance is a performing art that has been passed down in Kuromaru Town of Omura City, Nagasaki Prefecture. It is said to have originally been taught by the masterless samurai warrior Hoyo of the Chugoku Region. It is offered every year on the anniversary of Hoyo’s death, November 28, at Hoyo Temple, which is where his grave is located. The dance believed to have been performed by Sumikore Omura, the Omura clan's 16th feudal lord, when he regained control of their territory has continually been passed down ever since for roughly 500 years. Be amazed at this gallant and graceful dance performed with four huge flower wreaths and two huge banners slowly being twirled around to the sound of drums. The huge flower wreaths that are roughly 5 meters in diameter and weighing roughly 60 kilograms are impressive. It is said that happiness comes to those who go beneath the huge flower wreaths.
