華麗な傘から、鈴の音がしゃんしゃん！約4,000人が一斉に踊る姿は圧巻です
The ringing of bells from glamorous umbrellas!
Be overwhelmed by the performance of the roughly four thousand dancers!

2014年に「最大の傘踊り」でギネス世界記録を達成したのが、8月14日の16時から開催されるメインイベント「一斉傘踊り」。
鳥取県東部地方の伝統芸能「因幡の傘踊り」を誰でも簡単に踊れるようにアレンジしたもので、カラフルな「しゃんしゃん傘」を持った約4,000人の踊り手が一斉に踊ります。
傘に付けられた鈴が、踊りの要所で「しゃんしゃん」と鳴り響く様は見物です。
傘踊りを体験できるコーナーや屋台村など、各種催しも盛りだくさん。
8月15日の19時からは、祭りのフィナーレを飾る「花火大会」も開催。
バラエティに富んだ花火が夜空を飾ります。

The United Umbrella Dance, which is the main event starting at 4 p.m. on August 14, won the Guinness World Record for the largest umbrella dance in the world in 2014.
The Inaba Umbrella Dance, which is a traditional performing art of the eastern region of Tottori Prefecture, is performed by roughly four thousand dancers holding colorful shan-shan umbrellas, and has been organized so that anyone can easily participate.
It features the sound of bells on umbrellas that go “shan-shan” where the dance is performed. There are various events such as areas where you can try out umbrella dancing as well as festive rows of stalls.
The fireworks show, which is the finale of the festival, begins at 7 p.m. on August 15. The various kinds of fireworks light up the night sky.
